If for any reason you cannot attend the scheduled float time, please contact us at info@infinityfloat.co.nz or by phone at 09-2742990. Please be aware that our rooms are reserved especially for you therefore appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time will incur a fee of 50% of the full price. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. Gift certificates or vouchers will be marked as used.
Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for your first float and 10 minutes for subsequent floats. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule to avoid scheduling conflicts. No refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
