Your booking includes 90 minutes in our space. With 15 minutes before and after to shower, 60 minutes floating in pure calm..

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers can be shipped directly to the recipient and come complete with an information pack and gift voucher. E-vouchers available online, delivered by email within 24hrs.

We require at least 24 hours notice when cancelling any float services. If you cancel within 24 hours before your appointment or no show you will be charged in full for your appointment. If you have used a gift voucher and do not turn up to your appointment these will be marked as used.If for any reason you cannot attend the scheduled float time, please contact us at info@infinityfloat.co.nz or by phone at 09-2742990. 

Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time for your first float and 5 minutes for subsequent floats. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule or shorten your float time to avoid scheduling conflicts. No refund will be given.
